We are looking for a warm, service-driven, and professional Hotel Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you have a passion for guest service and a positive attitude, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Familiar with front desk systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.) is an advantage
- Flexible with shifts and schedule
