1) Housekeeping Supervisor
2) Housekeeping Team Leader
Responsibilities:
– Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations.
– Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
– Allocate duties and inspect work to meet service quality.
– Train and guide team members for performance and safety.
– Respond to guest and client requests in a professional manner.
– Maintain cleaning schedules, stock levels, and housekeeping reports.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
– Ability to manage teams and handle pressure during peak hours.
– Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
