• Verify stock and prepare a list of supplies/items required. • Requisition supplies needed observing company policy and procedures. • Receive supplies and inspect the items as to quality and quantity against requisition and purchase order/invoice. • Stores the items according to a prescribed inventory system. • Disburse as per approved requests items in a properly wrapped / packed manner. • Enter data of receipt and disbursement in the system and edit stock accordingly. • Keep the storage facility neat and clean and observe basic safety rules and practices in storing, maintaining and preserving all items. • Maintain regular items for a minimum and maximum stock levels. • Keep an accurate inventory by counting stock.
