Hiring Receptionist / Admin with Insurance Knowledge
Job Description:
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Arrange and monitor the incoming and outgoing documents in the office.
- Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
- Send invoices to the clients.
- Send monthly Outstanding Statement to clients.
- Serves visitors and customers by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Schedule and arrange CEO/General Manager’s meeting and appointment for business and personal.
- Maintaining effective records and administration. Organize and assist CEO/General Manager’s business and personal requirements.
- Undertake any Ad-hoc admin duties as required-
