We are currently seeking a dedicated OT Registered Nurse (OBGYN & Paediatrics) to join our dynamic surgical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in operating theatre nursing, particularly in obstetrics, gynaecology, and paediatric procedures. A valid DHA license or eligibility is mandatory.
Role Overview:
The OT Registered Nurse will play a key role in assisting surgical teams and ensuring the smooth execution of OBGYN and paediatric surgeries. This role requires strong attention to detail, clinical expertise, and a commitment to patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and necessary surgical tools before procedures.
- Support surgeons and anaesthetists during OBGYN and paediatric operations.
- Follow strict infection control and patient safety guidelines.
- Monitor patient vitals throughout surgical and post-operative stages.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records for each patient.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years of nursing experience in an operating theatre environment.
- Proven track record in handling OBGYN and Paediatric surgical cases.
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced medical setting.
