We are actively seeking a dynamic and client-focused IT Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT sales within the UAE and possess a strong understanding of IT solutions and services. This role is designed for a motivated professional ready to drive business growth and manage key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with both new and existing clients in the IT sector
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting IT solutions, products, and services
  • Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliver tailored IT sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven IT sales or account management experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
