LCircle is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Product Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding our brand presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across the UAE and beyond. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy business development and have the confidence to convert opportunities into long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new clients to expand the LCircle product portfolio.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and promotions.
  • Track sales progress, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.

Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in product, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Currently based in the UAE with a good understanding of local market dynamics.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in premium or lifestyle product sales.
  • Existing network of clients or distributors within the region.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages).
