Description:
Kanvi Technical Service LLC is looking for a skilled MEP Supervisor or Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, coordination, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the installation of all MEP systems on-site.
  • Review MEP drawings and coordinate with other trades to resolve any conflicts.
  • Ensure all work adheres to local regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily reports, and manage the MEP team and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor/Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local codes, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
