Description:
We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Specialist who is passionate about brand growth, trade marketing, and e-commerce. This role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening brand presence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and purchase orders for all product lines
  • Oversee online operations and e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service
  • Coordinate demand planning with Supply Chain and Finance to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts by SKU, channel, and subchannel aligned with business targets
  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, and new product launches
  • Build and manage an annual marketing calendar with timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews with actionable insights
  • Lead customization projects from order creation to delivery, offering tailored solutions for clients
  • Enhance digital and e-commerce channels (website, WhatsApp tools, online catalogues) to improve visibility, engagement, and purchase ease
  • Manage procurement of marketing and promotional materials in coordination with Supply Chain
  • Maintain accurate product listings and digital catalogues on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Mumzworld, Tradeling, Carrefour, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Finance for effective cashflow management and timely supplier payments
  • Support new customer acquisition initiatives to drive business expansion
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales and revenue targets

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and Trade Marketing
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle challenges decisively and productively
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
