Information officer primary responsibility is to manage and disseminate information effectively, acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes distributing information as well as responding to inquiries and requests for information. A telephone operator’s duties primary involve managing incoming and outgoing calls. Connecting callers to the right individuals or departments, and providing information and assistance.
As an HMO officer I'm responsible for maintaining and updating files of all HMO’s that include policies and procedures on availment of diagnostic and medical services. Doctor’s professional fee. I also facilitate medical staff accreditation on respective HMO’s.
