This includes distributing information as well as responding to inquiries and requests for information. A telephone operator’s duties primary involve managing incoming and outgoing calls. As an HMO officer I'm responsible for maintaining and updating files of all HMO’s that include policies and procedures on availment of diagnostic and medical services. Doctor’s professional fee. I also facilitate medical staff accreditation on respective HMO’s.
