Hiring Logistics & Warehouse Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management:
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Pick replenishmernt, stock and customer orders for shops.
- Organize warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Inventory Control and Stock Taking: Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory
- Accuracy through regular stock taking and investigate discrepancies. Plan and implement optimization strategies to manage stock levels effectively, avoiding
- Overstocking and out-of-stocks.
Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange deliveries and collections from
- customers and dealers using courier services and internal delivery
- Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and related services.
- Analyze and optimize logistical procedures.
- Dealer/Distributor Support:
- Prepare and manage orders, delivery notes and invoices for dealer orders.
- Coordinate and support the picking, packing and
- Handover of items ordered by dealers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
