Store Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for Store Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, supervising store staff, and ensuring proper storage, dispatch, and documentation of materials and finished goods. The role ensures smooth warehouse functioning in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations.

Monitor receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods (raw materials, perfumes, packaging items, etc.).

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates in ERP/system.

Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure goods are stored properly and organized as per product category.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales departments for material requirements.

Prepare daily and monthly stock and consumption reports.

Manage a small team of storekeepers, helpers, and loaders.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper labeling in the store area.

Oversee loading/unloading activities and verify shipment accuracy.
