Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Fujairah’s Al Aqah
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting the sales team in managing client relationships and coordinating sales activities.
- Preparing and customizing proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales progress.
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Assisting in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinating industry events, trade shows, and client functions.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
