We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and well-organized Admin Receptionist to handle daily office operations and provide full administrative support to management and staff.

Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
• Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and other business documents
• Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and hard copy)
• Assist in HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for documentation and logistics
• Handle office supply management and inventory updates
• Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communication in a professional manner
• Assist in preparing project-related documents, permits, and company paperwork
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Can work independently and under minimal supervision
