Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Automotive Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and sales knowledge of car maintenance, PPF (Paint Protection Film), body kits, detailing, wrapping, and vehicle modifications. This is an indoor showroom-based role, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell workshop services including maintenance, bodywork, PPF, body kits, detailing, and modifications.
- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable service recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new leads through walk-ins and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth job execution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in automotive sales or service advisory.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, PPF/wrapping, modifications, and body kits.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Presentable, confident, and customer focused.
- Must be available to join immediately.
