Service Crew and Kitchen Crew

Position Summary: SERVICE CREW
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer customer questions regarding menu items and promotions.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure tables, counters, and dining areas are clean and organized.
  • Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies.
  • Work as a team to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
  • Friendly, polite, and customer focused.
  • Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Position Summary: KITCHEN CREW
The Kitchen Crew prepares ingredients, cooks food items, maintains kitchen cleanliness, and ensures all meals are prepared according to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks (chopping, marinating, etc.).
  • Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and utensils.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Receive and store kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Monitor food stock and report shortages.
  • Support other team members during busy periods.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working in hot conditions.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
