WALK-IN INTERVIEW | Customer Success Officer / SME Liability Sales

Location: Dubai

PACT Employment Services, on behalf of a leading Digital Bank in the UAE, is hiring talented professionals for the role of Customer Success Officer / SME Liability Sales under the Business Banking Group.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and acquire business clients for various business banking products
• Engage with potential clients through open market, referrals, and outbound efforts
• Conduct onboarding — from documentation to platform activation
• Deliver a seamless client onboarding experience and training sessions
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
• Coordinate with Compliance, Tech, Product, and Sales teams
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on progress

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
– 1–3 years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer success (preferably in FinTech, Banking, or SaaS)
– Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
– Hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot)
– Passion for supporting startups and SMEs in the digital space

Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000
Work Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
