Description:
Jungle Beige, a fast-growing marketing agency focused on storytelling and creating engaging brand experiences, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager cum Account Manager. The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in an agency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under pressure

Preferred:
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends
• Proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts successfully
