We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Manager for our indoor family entertainment venues across Dubai, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for energetic, ambitious individuals who thrive in a lively, people-focused environment. The successful candidate will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and lead a diverse team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for parties, school trips, corporate events, and general admissions
• Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of the venue
• Lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining high energy and engagement
• Build partnerships and identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Ensure the venue is always clean, safe, and enjoyable for guests
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales/marketing with a love for hitting targets
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Energetic, positive, and engaging personality
• Experience in leisure, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus
• Ability to maintain safety and operational standards while promoting a fun environment
