Logistic Coordinator
Aquaplex
Location: UAE

Join our team and help drive seamless logistics operations across the UAE. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience in freight and customs clearance

Responsibilities:

  • – Coordinate with freight forwarders to book import/export shipments
  • – Maintain records of shipments and BOE in our in-house system
  • – Process import/export clearance via Dubai Mirsal II, Sharjah & UAQ
  • – Handle gate passes and BOE for Free Zone deliveries and stock consolidation
  • – Submit shipping and clearing expenses to Purchase and Finance teams

Qualifications: 

  • – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • – Minimum 2 years of logistics experience in the UAE
  • – Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • – Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • – Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
