I am a young man aged 22 with a Diploma in Hospitality Management and i am a High School graduate with over 4 years of experience in a 5 star hospitality company providing quality service to guests. Throughout my experience i have mastered to manage guests who were both angry and happy with our Customer Service. I have also learned to multi-task and work as a group or even work at my own initiative since i was working in a fast paced environment where i would serve more than 500 guests per day. Im offering my skills, team work abilities, Time management, loyalty, hard work and experience.
