Human Resource Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and managing outsourced agents, we would love to hear from you!:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations and Outsource Agents Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage outsourced agents, including payroll, attendance, and payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing outsourced agents is an advantage.
