Hiring HR Officer

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee relations, and compliance.

The HR Officer will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or payroll systems.
• Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
