Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales Manager roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience
• Utilize various channels to attract and engage top talent
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a high standard of candidate experience

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• 1-2 years of experience in the real estate sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications
