Hiring Customer Relations Management role

Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Free Zone Call Handling: Manage all inbound inquiries and handle outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
- Utilize a professional, customer-oriented approach to represent Free Zone’s brand.
- Record, categorize, and prioritize leads based on their readiness to engage with the sales team.
- Salesforce CRM Management: Use Salesforce CRM to manage lead information, track call outcomes, and update lead statuses.
- Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Conduct follow-up calls and communications to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for higher-level engagement and closing.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Offer exemplary customer service to ensure a positive impression.
- Past experience on: UAE Free Zone Licenses processes.
- Business Set up.
- CRM system preferable Salesforce.
