Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Free Zone Call Handling: Manage all inbound inquiries and handle outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
  • Utilize a professional, customer-oriented approach to represent Free Zone’s brand.
  • Record, categorize, and prioritize leads based on their readiness to engage with the sales team.
  • Salesforce CRM Management: Use Salesforce CRM to manage lead information, track call outcomes, and update lead statuses.
  • Lead Nurturing and Conversion: Conduct follow-up calls and communications to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for higher-level engagement and closing.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building: Offer exemplary customer service to ensure a positive impression.
  • Past experience on: UAE Free Zone Licenses processes.
  • Business Set up.
  • CRM system preferable Salesforce.
