Full job description (Sales Car Retail)
- Salary: 6500k plus commission
- Required – English/Arabic
- With experience in Automobile
- Greet customers warmly and as certain their automobile needs.
- Knowlegdeable in excel.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences to effectively recommend automobile that meets their needs and style preferences.
- Provide expert advice on petrol cars/Hybrids cars, Full Electric Cars and Range extended electric cars.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by presenting and explaining every car features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale to close transactions and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
- Follow up with car sale to ensure customers satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience preferably in automobile industry. Minimum requirements 3 years requirements.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. As a salesman must have the ability to independently develop customers and be adaptable to developing customers outside the store
- Strong focus and dedication to work.
