- Estimation Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management
- Candidates with minimum of 5 years of experience in FM tendering & estimation.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM projects (hard & soft services).
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations.
- Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids.
- Ensure estimates align with company pricing strategies and profit margins.
- Liaise with operations and engineering teams for project inputs and clarifications.
- Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and market trends.
