Hospitality: Royal Rose Hotel – A luxury hotel

Positions: 

FRONT OFFICE & RECREATION

Requirements:

1. Preferably with an International Hotel Chain Experience.
2. Front Office & Reservations: Knowledge of the OnQ System and fluency in (Arabic / Russian / Chinese) language is a plus.
3. Good command of English (spoken/written).
4. Minimum 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry.
5. Must be proactive
6. Computer Literate
7. Locally available

 

12.HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
* Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
* Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.

Employee Relations:
* Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
* Maintain employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations.

Payroll and Benefits:
* Process payroll accurately and timely.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies …
* Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and Regulations.

HR Administration:
* Maintain HR databases and systems.
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives.

Compliance:
* Stay updated on Labor Laws and Regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Knowledge of the Labor Laws and Regulations.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
8. Knowledge of WebPaytrax systems is an advantage.
