It equips students with the skills to understand and manage organizational systems, implement effective policies, and lead improvements in educational institutions. My dissertation work further strengthens my abilities in research, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making within the context of educational administration.
This program focuses on designing, evaluating, and improving innovative curricula and instructional models. It develops advanced skills in curriculum development, learning assessment, and the integration of modern teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. The program strengthened my ability to create responsive, research-based, and learner-centered educational practices.
Work & Experience
Deliver English language instruction to undergraduate students, fostering an engaging, supportive, and student-centered learning environment. Guide and mentor graduate students in developing, organizing, and writing academic research papers, ensuring adherence to scholarly and publication standards. Design and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with program learning outcomes and institutional requirements. Facilitate interactive classroom activities, discussions, and presentations to strengthen students’ communication, critical thinking, and academic writing skills. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learners’ academic progress through individualized coaching when needed. Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum development, academic initiatives, and improvement of English language programs. Participate in academic events, seminars, and professional development activities to maintain high-quality teaching practices and contribute to the university’s academic community.
Teach English courses to bachelor-level and vocational students specializing in logistics, business, and maritime/seafarer programs. Deliver industry-relevant language instruction designed to strengthen students’ communication skills in professional, technical, and workplace contexts. Develop lesson plans, learning modules, and assessments aligned with program requirements and the practical needs of students preparing for careers in logistics and maritime fields. Facilitate interactive activities, simulations, and language tasks that enhance students’ proficiency in business communication, technical vocabulary, and professional documentation. Assess student performance, provide clear and constructive feedback, and support learners in improving their academic and occupational English skills. Collaborate with faculty and program heads to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and the college’s educational goals. Participate in academic initiatives, meetings, and continuous professional development to maintain high-quality instruction and contribute to the college community.
