About Candidate

• Team Management: Manage the team of 3 members for the efficient operations & work flow of Import process & implement the SC strategy by 3 months forecasting.
• Analytical Thinking: Identify process bottleneck (lead time, capacity &
forecasting) & implement solutions in timely manner to avoid hazards.
• Operational Management: Overlook LC draft & verifying with the
management regarding conditions to be added.
• Checking Bill of lading’s draft and coordinating with the supplier & Drafting LC opening forms, Bank contracts, Collection & Open account.
• Coordination with banks regarding amendments in Letter of Credit.
• Coordination with logistics team about the arrival of shipments & calculation of the landing cost of shipment along with overheads.
• Handling Retirement process of import & coordination with clearing agent regarding timely filing of GDs and receiving DO against the shipment for clearance from the port.
• Forwarding the PSIDs, Duty demands & port charges detail to finance team and ensuring same are proceeded timely with a strong follow-up.
• Month-wise stock reconciliation of raw material imported at factory-site.
• Maintaining proper file record of Import documents.
• Preparing month wise import detail for presentation at monthly directors meeting.
