•Ensure site works are executed as per the Project HSE Plan on vertical and horizontal constructions. •Monitor site activities and advise site supervisors the safe method of work. •Participate on Emergency Drills, prepares drill report, and update the Incident Commander on any emergency situations at site. •Participate and conduct tool box talk to site team. •Inspect emergency and fire fighting equipments and ensure that all are good working condition. •Ensure Project PTW is followed and all precautions are met prior to start of work •Ensure required safety signs and barricades are distributed at site •Attend weekly Contractor HSE meeting and provide inputs on site status •Follow up and close out client’s safety observations. •Participate on weekly HSE walk down with client and contractor. •Stop unsafe act and recommend corrective actions. •Ensure unsafe conditions are addressed to site supervision and recommends solution. •Directly report to the Project HSE Manager/Superintendent •Act as a Safety Adviser to Site Management •Inspect site scope of works i.e. hot works, work at heights, crane operations, confined space etc. and ensure all safety precautions are in place and followed. •Conducting Inspection of EME’s / vessels and make a final report prior to send on site. •Conducting Awareness / In-Training for the workers •Ensure Project Environmental Plan is implemented. •Participate and provide input on Incident Investigation •Set a personal example.
