● Prepare invoice, purchase order, and sales documentation and receive payment by cash in different currencies, traveler’s check, and credit card. ● Greet customers when they arrive at the store and ask if they need assistance and provide them with genuine guidance and support ● Handling sale inquiries, offering preparation project coordination, and assisting in tender preparation and printing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
● Provide customers with information on products that they are looking for and where to find them (especially those out of range) ●Arrange special sales and clearance items at the front of the store for maximum visibility ●Demonsrate product features and provide customers with information on an item that may be used or run. ●Make sure that items are packed and delivered on time and in a safe manner ● Assist customers in replacing or returning merchandise and cater to customers’ complaints. ●Place price tags on items and ensure that all shelves are cleaned and tidied up on a constant basis ●Update existing customer data.
