Work & Experience
Conduct preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance. Manage and draw machine parts for improve then issue request of fabrication to improve machine performance. Handle manpower of 6 engineers and 12 maintenance technician. Lead the CFT efficiency meeting regularly to monitor operation. Support and improve quality control measures by creating boundary criteria Handle qualification evaluation of new technology machine. Performed midterm planning of machine investment for the next five years. DX ambassador to create PowerBi files to analyze large data. Main person in-charge of 5s team. Manage consumables, material, commodities and machine parts.
Create activity plan and KDI to achieve section Annual policy and break it down into To-Do list, Oversee and manage 3 process with a total members of 60 operators. Review Standard work design based on SOP and process conditions. Set and communicate job expectations, coach and counsel employees. Orient, train, and provide growth opportunities for manufacturing Monitor production work flow, adjust processing variables. Plan and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, and resolve any operational issues to meet production schedules. Compile and analyze production performance data, respond to inquiries.
Guides, support, and monitors execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operators / production personnel. Ensures operator's compliance to standards, company policies, rules and regulation to meet section's KPI’s within allocated process. Oversee and manage a team of 20 operators. Provide guidance, portal training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment & promoting teamwork.
Monitor the manufacturing line and report to supervisor if there are breakdown and anomalies. Manage inventory of AC units for the entire factory and report to supervisor about the defective units. Support in cleaning AC units.
