As a Proprietor managed end to end operations, including sales and purchase management, marketing, material sourcing, team leading, project management, billing & invoicing, customer relationship management, BOQ preparation, problem solving.
Assist in procurement operations, including vendor management, material sourcing, billing, and invoicing. Support project execution by coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Contribute to BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and MIS reporting for fire & safety and BMS projects. Ensure timely availability of materials (fire alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, CCTV, PA systems, etc.). Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning support of fire & security systems. Maintain documentation, purchase orders, and inventory records with accuracy. Assist in conducting marketing surveys, safety awareness campaigns, and client coordination. Provide administrative and technical support to the senior project and procurement teams.
