• Ensure that the food safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in compliance with the company’s Food Safety Manual. • Verify HACCP/ISO monitoring records daily (cleaning, staff hygiene, CCP records, maintenance reports, vehicle status, etc.) • Conduct periodic internal food safety audits, identify areas of improvement, prepare corrective action plans, and ensure they are met. • Manage all external audits (Dubai Municipality inspections, customer audits, recertification audits, surveillance audits, etc.). • Organize and lead the Management Review Meetings. • Ensure that all members of the food safety team are contributing to the food safety program as required. • Manage and monitor the Food watch program. • Plan, prepare and evaluate food safety training programs for staff, in coordination with HR. • In case of emergency determine and investigate the cause of the accident, prepare a report, and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents. • Develop and implement any new food safety policies. • Ensure all records (soft and hard copies) are up to date and organized. • Monitor and update the food safety management plan with any new requirements from HACCP/ISO 22000, Dubai Municipality Food Code, etc.
• Create purchase orders in the ERP system. • Close purchase orders according to GRNs. • Update shipping database with shipping and arrival details. • Monitor and track all shipments. • Prepare daily shipping examination sheets. • Handle shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin). • Assist the Shipping Coordinators whenever required. • Arrange courier services when required. • Recording all the charges for each container coming to the store. • Filling all the records for shipping and logistic file. • Know how to clear shipment in Dubai Trade and Dubai Municipality. • Flexible work hours. • Ability to multitask.
• Responsible for evaluations reports, purchase order and tracking and recording. • Supporting shipping through tracking and documenting orders from beginning to end. • Works closely with the vendors and keep track of the market trends. • Evaluate offers from vendor and negotiate better price. • Process requisitions for assign categories, converting requests to purchase orders. • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change order. • Monitoring the incoming items quantity and the inventory. • Prepare the cost analysis. • Making the Idea of the items. • Filling the documents, encoding files.
• Greet customers at the store and provide them with information on their required products. • Lead customers to desired shelves or aisles and assist them in locating products. • Explain product features and benefits by performing demonstrations and answer any questions that customers may have. • Provide information regarding prices and after sales services and ways in which the latter can be obtained. • Assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their specific likes. • Lead customers through the payment process by assisting cashiers with discount information and markdowns. • Call existing customers to provide them with information on new products or discount options and markdowns. • Create sales reports, detailing all transactions made in a day for the purpose of informing the management of individual sales progress. • Oversee the cleanliness and replenishment of shelves according to marketing and sales directives (such as 4 Ps).
