Laboratory piping designing, supply, installation & commissioning. Gas regulators, Valves, Gas detection systems, Actuators, Laboratory Equipment. 1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout sales process. 2. Promote the company’s solutions, services, capabilities addressing or predicting client’s objectives while building long term relationships with customers. 3. Perform detailed site surveys, ensure finalized proposal, cost sheet, design information are handed over to project team and prepare quotation. 4. Manage the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closure. Maintain accurate and up to date record of all sale activities, opportunities and customer interactions using CRM software. 5. Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and contract terms. Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long term partnership. 6. Dealing with Pharmaceuticals companies, Government tenders like DEWA, Facilities management companies, Suppliers, Traders, etc.
1. Win new customers from building own prospect base through proactive prospecting techniques including cold calling. 2. Develop and maintain business relations with key customers and clients. 3. Focus on HVAC Service Contractors, Facility Management Companies, HVAC Engineers, and end users such as Hospital Groups, Municipalities, Government, Universities, Hotels, Large Box Retailers and traders in all over UAE. 4. Interaction with the customers both verbally (face to face) or on calls and arranging meetings for the growth of the company. 5. Preparation of commercial proposal, credit approval, annual tenders, delivery reports, Invoices and LPO’s for suppliers. 6. Provide customer service and product delivery in a time and effective manner. 7. Order follow up, payments follow up. 8. Establish long term relationship with existing clients to develop new project and leads. 9. Dealing with various sectors like RTA, Medical Sectors, Government sector, Leading Facilities Management companies like Al Futtaim Engineering, Transguard Group, Ejadah, DP World, District cooling, Traders and many more.
1. Identifying and building strong relationship with consultant, contractors and end users. 2. Sourcing new business opportunities through cold calling and prospect qualification. 3. Identifying and developing new markets and client opportunities for new projects and AMC contract. 4. Conduct side visit and prepare sales presentation and proposals. 5. Demonstrate & explain product/ service (The life safety and security system) to customers so that enhance the customer awareness. 6. An effective communicator with excellent team building and relationship management skills. 7. Input, monitor and update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for management. 8. Dealing project and AMC contract with Pharmaceuticals Company, Software Company, Mechanical industries, Real Estate, commercial projects and many more.
