Cross verification for the quantity on hand against quantity on ledger ( centeralised quantity on computer ) and all related documents in order, for transfer of materials to site for any emergency / transition period for material delivery. Prioritize tasks and establish schedules to maintain uniform workload among Department employees. Maintain Minimum and Maximum level of stock for moving materials. Generate report once in three month for non moving materials which will be distributed to every project to make them utilize the same. Prepare and Evaluate the Quality and Quantity of return materials from site store and recommend the management for the status of material. Assist Accounts department with verification of Invoice against delivery note for payment process.
