• Study project documents (Contract – BOQ – Specs). • Prepare cost estimates, budgets and expected cash flow. • Quantity surveying all construction items and carrying out accurate take-offs. • Prepare owner and subcontractors' invoices. • Visit construction sites to verify measurements as necessary. • Preparation of monthly valuations, including all supporting information. • Participate in daily activities (purchasing orders, contracts, and bids). • Liaising with project manager, site engineers for project requirements. • Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity and fulfilment of commitments.

• Follow-up and supervision of the implementation work on the site. • Leadership of contracted staff and solving technical problems. • Setting out, levelling and surveying the site. • Checking technical designs and drawings. • Coordinate between Architecture, Civil & MEP. • Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales. • provide measurement data to the Quantity Surveyor. • Request supplies or materials to avoid wasted materials.

• Supervise project’s works and schedule of activities. • Ensure works are performed on time and with a certain quality. • Provision of assistance to senior engineers and project manager. • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

• Supervise and monitor the site labor force. • Responsible for the overall surveying of the site. • Setting out site and organizing facilities. • Providing technical advice and solving problems on the site.
