SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot physical and virtual server infrastructure. • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot network-based services: File and Print services, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WDS and Network Load Balancing. • Perform account setup for new and old employees. • Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot windows software deployments. • Provide support for clients and technical staff. • Provide and test backup and disaster recovery processes and procedures. • Implementing new software and hardware technologies with head of the department. • Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts. • Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components. • Monitor and troubleshoot door security access system. • Responsible to the Head for providing relevant and timely support for teaching and support staff. • Keeping accurate record of employee’s attendance. • Installation and maintenance of LINSN LED Screen (P3-P6-P10).
