In my current role as Associate Vice President at Techwise Digital Pvt Ltd, I was responsible for company's operations, including sales, Account Management, Budgeting, P & L and Delivery. We successfully increased the company's revenue by 60% and increased gross profits by 80%. My core strength is in understanding the company's current practices and identifying the gaps (If any) and streamlining the same. In Techwise, I was able to bring down the TAT of the delivery, which resulted in better utilization of the available resource and increase in revenue and profit. Focus on captive client IT skill hiring largely on niche demands. Built the entire organization structure. Handling 15 clients (12 are mid-size captive and Product accounts, 3 services clients added this financial year to focus on increasing the headcount) with a headcount of 140 contractual workforce.
