As a Receptionist, I worked at Inya Lake Hotel for 1-year experience. It was a great experience for me. I had to answer phone calls, greet and welcome visitors, handle incoming and outgoing mail, schedule appointments, provide additional information to visitors, and provide exceptional service. Throughout my career, I’ve gained valuable experience in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth operations in fast-paced environments and also customer service.
