𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 – ❖ Financial Management & Reporting Overseeing end-to-end accounting and finance functions for OnePlus India Business, including managing a team of 3-4 members. Finalizing monthly accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement; reporting to local Finance Director and Headquarters. ❖ Accounts Payable & Receivables: Managing accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices. Processing employee salaries, reimbursements (domestic & international), and handling foreign payments, including DTAA provisions and 15CA/15CB preparation. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to streamline processes, address financial issues, and support organizational goals. ❖ Company Incorporation and Business Restructuring Support: Assisting in company incorporation activities and supporting business restructuring activities such as share transfers, valuations, mergers, and slump sales. ❖ Cash Flow Monitoring: Continuously monitoring cash flow to ensure that the company maintains sufficient liquidity. Drafting and implementing policies, procedures, and SOPs for payables and finance functions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. ❖ Expense Management: Handling expense management for marketing units, processing employee reimbursements for both domestic and international travel. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all expenses and maintaining records for auditing purposes. ❖ Statutory Compliance & Taxation Ensuring timely statutory payments (PF, PT, TDS, GST, Advance Tax) and completion of statutory filings. Managing indirect taxes (GSTR1, GST3B, GST2A reconciliation, annual audit) and direct taxes (TDS fillings, advance tax calculation, response to notices). Monitoring and responding to GST notices, ensuring timely preparation and submission of reconciliations and compliance documentation.
