Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for day-to-day working of Accounts department. • Updating Purchase Registers. • Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation & reporting. • General Ledger / Cash & Bank Book / Journal Entries: Preparing Day-To-Day Journal Entries. • Bank Transactions / Bank Reconciliation Statement: Making Bank Reconciliations and Bank Transactions. • Handling trade cash, bank dealings and petty cash handling. • Checking Day-To-Day Attendance of the Employees. • Drafting Business Letters, Letters to Bank, to the Parties, etc. • Correspondence handling all the HR works. • Salary: Preparing Employee salaries.
Key Responsibilities: • Reconciliation: Bank Reconciliation, Debtors Reconciliation, daily upon the transactions with them. • Monitoring banking process: Preparing draft entries for collections and issuing for various branches • Receipts and Payments: Maintaining Records, generating receipts, making payments. • Generating invoices and Petty Cash entries: Maintaining and updating day-to-day Voucher. • Handling the Petty Cash of the Head Office. • Drafting Letters to Bank for stop Payments in due course, for making Demand Drafts, etc.
• MIS • Preparation of Daily Sales Report. • Preparation of Monthly Provision - Debtors & Stocks. • Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss. • Preparation of Monthly rolling forecast for 4 months. • Assist in paying group incentives by preparing necessary working • Dealing with major Hypermarkets for tracking sales and related cost of sales including Collections. Hypermarket includes Lulu, Union Coop, Abu Dhabi Coop. • Accounts Receivables: Preparation of Invoices with correct prices as per the terms in purchase orders. • Credit Control: Monitoring of credit facility extended to customers and assisting the Credit Controller in formulation of suitable Credit Policy. Perform account receivables collections; call past due customers for payment, resolve customer problems with the sales department and keep management informed of collection problems. • Reconciliation: Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Stocks Reconciliation. • Branch Supervisor: As a role of a coordinator, to coordinate the accounting functions of various branches, clear the queries of the respective branch accounts and supporting them. • Inventory Management: Controlling of inventory for branch, Maintaining of stock ledger and periodical examination of stocks. • GL and intermediary accounts: Reconciliation and passing necessary rectification entries & maintaining supporting detail, analyzing and explaining any account variances.
