• Perform and control the assigned audit cycle including control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

• Managing and overseeing the accounts of subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining regular communication with them. • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to provide clear explanations regarding their payment plans. • Verifying and accurately recording entries and postings of subcontractors' and suppliers' bills. • Interacting with clients and maintaining their accounts as necessary. • Conducting internal audits of company accounts and systems in collaboration with external auditors. • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports, executive summaries, and supporting the Finance Manager. • Creating product costing sheets for work-in-process, expired goods, and new products, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation at month-end. • Supporting the accounting manager during annual audits and updates of accounting policies. • Collaborating with the financial manager of the group to ensure accurate billing of subcontractors and consultants based on the correct rates and units. • Compiling the annual budget and evaluating budgetary performance. • Reviewing construction costs with project managers for payment requests. • Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. • Recording and depreciating all fixed assets in accordance with accounting principles. • Providing guidance and assistance to company executives in relation to stores and inventory management. • Handling inbound and outbound calls as required.
