Strategic Planning • As a Senior Manager reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Senior General Manager, have led cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent electrical infrastructure development projects, including City attractions, residential sectors, commercial sector, recreational areas and amenities projects within Bahria Town Karachi and Bahria Town Karachi-II. • Ensuring project alignment with organizational goals, maintained strict timelines and budgets, and prioritized profitable outcomes, with detailed P/L Accountability for Financial viability and visibilities. • Developed & executed cost-leadership & product differentiation strategies for electrical infrastructure development. • Incorporation of Demand Management and Forecasting and Remote Monitoring and Operation Features in Electrical Feeder Operations as part of Smart City Electrical Distribution Infrastructure. • Incorporation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure in accordance to the Smart City Initiative in Electrical Distribution Network of enabling Real Time Data Monitoring, Billing, Disconnections and Reconnections, and Demand Management. Project Management • Managed large-scale electrical projects (USD 10 Mn+, 90 million sqm.): stadiums, Water Features, Golf Course (36 Holes USGA Standard), sports cities, residential communities, high-rise buildings. • Led multi-disciplinary project teams from Project inception to commissioning and handover: design, procurement, stakeholder management, vendor management, stakeholder and contract management, quality assurance. • Coordinated with 28+ Internal departments and External Stakeholders across different project stages. • Developed and implemented risk mitigation plans (material delays, labor shortages, site conditions). • Tracked and monitored project progress, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion. • Managed Staff of more than 200+ direct employees and 70+ Contractors for simultaneous execution of Mega Electrical Infrastructure Projects Technical Expertise • External underground electrification: distribution & transmission networks, IEC standards. • Project design & execution: HT, LT, street lighting, substations, RMUs, switchgear panels, transformers. • Budgeting & forecasting: project budgets, cost estimates, risk assessments, contingency plans. • Procurement: demand generation, technical specifications, factory/site inspections. • Testing & commissioning: Factory & site assessment tests, Standby backup power generation (50 MW).

Execution of complete Electrical Works including Bahria Cricket Stadium, Eiffel Tower, Dancing Fountain, Sports City, Golf City, and Bahria Homes Leadership • As a direct report to the Chief Operating Officer and Senior General Manager, successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with organizational goals. • Prioritized profitable outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Held complete P&L accountability for financial performance. • Managed teams of 150+ for external underground electrification design & infrastructure development across 60.7 million sqm. in Bahria Town Karachi (Phases II, III, IV, & Low-Cost Housing). • Led mega-plan to convert entire project to energy-efficient LED technology within a span of 7 years. Project Management • Executed projects worth USD 11 Mn+, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. • Implemented modern project management techniques & shifted processes to a paperless environment. • Developed forecasts, budgets, work orders, & cost estimates, mitigating risks proactively. Technical Expertise • Prepared BOQs, evaluated & finalized technical specs for electrical equipment & material procurement. • Incorporated IEC standards to ensure infrastructure excellence. • Reduced infrastructure development costs & implemented strategies for faster project delivery. Communication & Collaboration • Coordinated effectively with 28+ Internal departments, vendors, contractors, & stakeholders. • Inducted electrical safety standards & procedures among teams and contractors.

• Extensive experience in developing external underground electrification designs for renowned real estate developers in Pakistan: • Key clients: DHA Lahore, DHA Islamabad, Bahria Town (Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi), DHA Valley, Izmir Society, etc. • Scope of work: Design, technical submittals, site supervision, project load assessments, and ultimate load projections.
