•        Provides guidelines and procedures, analyzes and troubleshoots process upsets.

•        Recommends process improvements, modifications, appropriate solutions and corrective actions.

•        Calculates raw material consumption and losses.

•        Reports abnormalities during start-up and normal operation of the plant.

•        Performs internal inspection and interlock testing during shutdown maintenance.

•        Conducts quality issue investigation through data collection and analysis.

•        Demonstrates compliance with HSE rules and procedures.

•        Evaluates the proposed Production Plan and gives recommendations based on TMR and % Prime optimization, and material availability.
