My responsibilities include updating reports for customers with outstanding balances, collecting and consolidating daily sales reports from different branches, and carefully reviewing order slips to ensure all items are properly recorded in the system. I also handle data encoding, which involves entering information into the system such as contracts and other important documents, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all financial and administrative files are properly organized and up to date.
