• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies • Act as liaison with all levels of management, from across the company. • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities. • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility.
