Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network Field Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our complex network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking protocols, network security, and experience working with large-scale networks.

Key Responsibilities:

– Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
– Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
– Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure network stability and security
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of network services
– Develop and implement network security policies and access controls
– Provide technical support and training to team members and customers
– Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 7 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on field engineering
– CCNA certifications
– Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network security principles
– Experience working with Cisco devices and networks
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
