Communicating with Delivery Manager / Client Manager / Project Manager for End • Experience in employee documentation and on boarding and Induction, documentation in SVN, Salary Inputs, Offer Inputs. • End- to- End follow-up with the candidates (pre and post offer related issues). • Experience in HR Discussion, sending for salary approval, preparing offer letter and generating offer in systems, Payroll assessment. • Assigning employee ID, Co-ordinating with IT team related to Laptop. • Conducting test for Fresher through Hacker Rank and shortlisting fresher and getting their cutoff’s. • Generating new joiner in HRMS/ATS. • Hands on experience in Zing HR/Skillate/ Hacker rank. • Initiating background verification of candidate. • Experience in Hiring Autosar, Embedded C/C++, Firmware, Architects, Product owner, Scrum master, test automation, Python ETC.
